Islamabad: Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while partly cloudy conditions are anticipated in northern regions over the next twelve hours. Fog patches may develop over the plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during the night and morning. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded this morning showed major cities experiencing cold conditions. Islamabad recorded five degrees Celsius, Lahore ten, Karachi fourteen, Peshawar and Muzaffarabad six, Quetta one, Gilgit minus-three, and Murree three degrees Celsius. The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts very cold and dry weather in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Jammu will experience cold and dry conditions. This morning, temperatures in these areas were recorded as follows: Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian at minus-two degrees Celsius, Jammu at six, Leh at minus-nine, and Anantnag and Baramula at minus-one degree Celsius.
