Islamabad: Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. The current weather conditions have resulted in lower temperatures recorded in several major cities across the region.
According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded this morning in major cities included Islamabad and Muzaffarabad at nine degrees centigrade, Lahore at fourteen, Karachi at seventeen, Peshawar at eleven, while Quetta, Gilgit, and Murree were at five degrees centigrade.
The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy and very cold weather in Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla. Srinagar is expected to experience partly cloudy, cold, and dry conditions, while Jammu will remain cold and dry. This morning's temperatures in the region were recorded as Srinagar, Pulwama, and Anantnag at one degree centigrade, Jammu at twelve, Leh at minus-nine, and Shopian and Baramulla at zero degrees centigrade.
