Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed to establish Dispute Resolution Committees to ensure swift justice in the province.
According to Radio Pakistan, presiding over a meeting in Lahore, she announced that a Dispute Resolution Committee will be set up in every district of the province. This initiative aims to expedite the process of justice and address disputes at the grassroots level effectively.
In addition to the establishment of these committees, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved the Punjab Protection of Ownership of Immovable Property Ordinance 2025. This ordinance is designed to safeguard the property rights of citizens and to take firm action against land grabbers, thereby ensuring the protection of individuals’ property rights within the province.
