Quetta: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that the "Peoples Air Ambulance" project will be formally inaugurated soon. In a post on X, he said the air ambulance service is specifically designed to assist patients in remote and hard-to-reach areas, where road infrastructure often makes timely medical response difficult.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister added that victims of road accidents and other medical emergencies will now be transported swiftly to major hospitals in urban centers.
