Islamabad: A ceremony to express solidarity with the valiant armed forces of Pakistan and commemorate the success of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos against the blatant Indian aggression was held at the F-9 Park in Islamabad on Friday. People from all walks of life, including school children, attended the ceremony with high levels of enthusiasm.
According to Radio Pakistan, various stalls set up by departments, including the Islamabad Capital Police, were the highlights of the event. On the occasion, Station Director Islamabad Police FM Radio Ayesha Jameel held a special interaction with Radio Pakistan Correspondent Muhammad Ahsan Amjad. Ayesha Jameel stated that the Pakistani nation acts as a steel wall, affirming that the country’s foes will not succeed in their designs to stoke divisions within the national fabric.
She also commended Radio Pakistan’s role in strengthening national integration and unity. Inspector Ishtaiq of the Islamabad Police spoke to the national broadcaster, emphasizing that the nation stands united in the face of any foreign aggression, including the recent Indian attack. Similarly, school children expressed their solidarity with the brave armed forces of the country.
