Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has accused the BJP government of employing the judiciary as a tool to suppress legitimate political voices in Indian illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Radio Pakistan, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement made in Srinagar, urged the international community to take significant notice of the increasing human rights violations. He highlighted that Indian authorities have increased actions against Kashmiris, focusing primarily on freedom-loving leaders, activists, and civil society members who oppose the BJP regime’s policies.
Minhas condemned the Delhi High Court’s dismissal of senior APHC leader Shabbir Ahmad Shah’s bail plea in what he described as a fabricated case. He emphasized that Indian courts are being utilized by the BJP government to penalize Kashmiri individuals through unsubstantiated and false charges.
