Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that the provincial government is making significant progress on both the security and governance fronts.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister shared in a statement on X that the recruitment of 150 personnel in the Balochistan Constabulary has been completed purely on merit. He highlighted this achievement as an important step toward reinforcing good governance and meritocracy in the province.

The Chief Minister further emphasized the importance of balancing security measures with governance. He noted that alongside smart kinetic operations aimed at dismantling terrorist narratives, it is crucial to establish a strong model of effective governance.
