Karachi: Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has hailed the launch of the Green Sukuk Bond as a significant accomplishment for Pakistan. He emphasized this point while addressing a Gong ceremony organized by the Pakistan Stock Exchange to mark the launch of the sovereign domestic Green Sukuk. The event was conducted via video link in Karachi.

According to Radio Pakistan, Muhammad Aurangzeb expressed confidence that the national economy is on the right track due to the government’s prudent policies, which have received global recognition. He encouraged the private sector to actively participate in economic initiatives, assuring them that the government would provide all necessary support.

The Finance Minister also highlighted that all economic indicators are showing positive trends and noted that inflation has been brought under control.
