Manama: First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari has highlighted strong potential for enhanced cooperation between Pakistan and Bahrain in fields of cultural diplomacy, museum partnerships, academic exchanges, and preservation of archaeological heritage. She made these remarks during her visit to the Bahrain National Museum and the Pearl Museum in Manama.
According to Radio Pakistan, the First Lady emphasized deeper collaboration in heritage conservation with Bahrain for further strengthening people-to-people ties and mutual understanding between the two nations. Aseefa Bhutto Zardari underscored the importance of preserving national heritage and safeguarding history as a source of identity, unity, and inspiration for future generations.
During the visit, she was given a guided walking tour of both museums, which offer a compelling showcase of Bahrain's rich cultural heritage, deep historical roots, and civilizational legacy, including the Kingdom's globally renowned traditions of maritime life and pearl diving.
