Narowal: Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, inaugurated a three-day Flower Festival at Faiz Ahmed Faiz Park in Narowal on Saturday. The event marked a significant occasion with Iqbal addressing the attendees at the opening ceremony.
According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal highlighted the government’s efforts in steering the country away from default through dedicated efforts. He attributed the recent reduction in electricity prices to these endeavors, emphasizing the positive outcomes of the government’s work.
Furthermore, Iqbal remarked on the dangers of hatred leading to extremism, stating that no country can achieve progress amidst terrorism. He took the opportunity to commend Pakistan’s security forces for their ongoing fight against terrorism, which is being led by Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir.
