Today is the 65th foundation day of Pakistan Writers Guild, the representative organization of Pakistani writers. On this day in 1959, Pakistan Writers Guild was established in a convention of 212 writers from all over Pakistan at the KGA Hall in Karachi to protect their rights. Source: Radio Pakistan
