Lahore: News Editor of Daily Jugantor Bangladesh, Haque Faruk Ahmed has emphasized the need for strengthening people-to-people contact between Pakistan and Bangladesh.



According to Radio Pakistan, in an exclusive interview with its Lahore correspondent Ahmed Kamal, Haque Faruk Ahmed stated that media collaboration between Pakistan and Bangladesh is essential for keeping both nations informed about each other’s developments.



Haque Faruk Ahmed mentioned that following recent developments, Bangladeshi media has started portraying a more positive image of Pakistan.



He highlighted the importance of exchanging delegations of youth associated with information technology as a means to expand mutual cooperation between the two countries.

48 Miscreants Arrested in Kurram District


Kohat: In Kurram district, at least 48 miscreants have been arrested. This was disclosed at a high-level meeting in Kohat chaired by Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shahab Ali Shah and Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed.



According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting reviewed the overall security situation in Kurram district. The arrest of these individuals is part of ongoing efforts to maintain control and security in the region. The authorities are focused on ensuring peace and stability in the district by addressing any disturbances promptly.
