Information on the total number of voting rights and shares

Mont-Saint-Guibert (Belgium), March 29, 2024, 9:30 pm CET / 4:30 pm ET – In accordance with article  15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings, Nyxoah SA (Euronext Brussels and Nasdaq: NYXH) publishes the below information following the issue of new shares.

  • Share capital: EUR 4,927,355.12
  • Total number of securities carrying voting rights: 28,682,635 (all ordinary shares)
  • Total number of voting rights (= denominator): 28,682,635 (all relating to ordinary shares)
  • Number of rights to subscribe to securities carrying voting rights not yet issued:
  • 100 “2018 ESOP Warrants” issued on December 12, 2018, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 50,000 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares);
  • 400,500 “2020 ESOP Warrants” issued on February 21, 2020, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 400,500 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares); and
  • 1,085,500 “2021 ESOP Warrants” issued on September 8, 2021, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 1,085,500 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares); and
  • 700,000 “2022 ESOP Warrants” issued on December 28, 2022, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 700,000 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares).

PM orders strategy to tackle impact of climate change

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stressed upon the need to formulate a comprehensive and effective strategy to combat the issue of climate change. He was chairing a meeting in Lahore today on issues pertaining to Ministry of Climate Change, during which a briefing was given about progress on policies and projects launched regarding climate change. Shehbaz Sharif said that issue of climate change is linked with agriculture, power, water, infrastructure and several other related sectors. Pakistan, Uzbekistan agree to boost bilateral trade

Pakistan and Uzbekistan have agreed to elevate economic relations between the two countries and bolster bilateral trade. The understanding came during a meeting between Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Pakistan, Aybek Arif Usmanov with Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan in Islamabad. Stressing the longstanding friendly ties between Pakistan and Uzbekistan, the Uzbek ambassador emphasized the necessity of bolstering economic cooperation across various sectors through Business to Business and Government to Government agreements. He said Uzbekistan's foreign minister and deputy trade secretary plan to visit Pakistan soon for B2B and G2G discussions aimed at boosting trade. Highlighting the potential in sectors like agriculture, pharmaceuticals, building materials, textiles, and leather, Usmanov underscored the importance of tapping into these opportunities. Economic recovery govt’s top priority: Information Minister

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has said that recovery of the country's economy and solving people's problems is top priority of the government. He was talking to media after condoling the death of PML-N worker Attique Chaudhry with his family in Lahore today. Attaullah Tarar said due to the viable policies of the government, the rupee value has stabilized, and inflation rate is decreasing further in the coming days. Eulogizing party workers, he said that the Pakistan Muslim League (N) always sand by the voice of its workers. The Minister said that instructions have been issued to the ministries for timely achievement of the goals. He said that the sacrifices of political workers have strengthened democracy. Int’l Day of Zero Waste observed

The International Day of Zero Waste was observed globally including Pakistan today. On 14th December 2022, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution to proclaim 30th March as International Day of Zero Waste. The day highlighted both the importance of bolstering waste management globally and the need to promote sustainable consumption and production patterns. Waste pollution significantly threatens well-being of humans and their economic prosperity. It accelerates the triple planetary crisis of climate change, nature and biodiversity loss, and pollution.
