Election Commission of Pakistan has refuted a social media news report pertaining to postponement of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa local government elections being held on Nov 19.
An ECP spokesman said the local government elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would be held as per schedule.

The new cabinet of Balochistan government will take oath at the Governor's House in Quetta on Sunday.
According to the official handout, a notification of five advisors would also be issued on the occasion.

State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan says Pakistan's future is linked with democracy as it is indispensable for the development and stability of the country.
Talking to a private news channel, he said people have given a five-year mandate to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and it will complete its constitutional tenure without any trouble.
The minister said PTI will win 2023 elections with overwhelming thumping majority on the basis of its five years performance.
