Rallies taken out in different parts of country to condemn May 9 incidents


Rallies were taken out in different parts of the country in connection with Youm-e-Muzammat-e-Gaddar-e-Pakistan on Saturday.

A large number of people participated in these rallies, holding national flags and portraits of martyrs. They were also chanting slogans in favour of the armed forces.

The participants paid tributes to the martyrs of Pakistan who rendered ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty for ensuring integrity, sovereignty and honour of the nation and motherland.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also echoed with the slogans of Pakistan Army Zindabad and intense anger against political miscreants.

Rallies and other events were held in Kohat and Karak.

The participants condemned the incidents of violence and desecration of martyrs' memorials on 9th May.

In Balochistan, rallies were taken out in Quetta, Sibi, Noshki,Dera Murad Jamali, Jauferabad, Khuzdar, Kohlo and other cities to express solidarity with Pakistan Army.

The participants of these rallies reiterated and ensured that the sacrifices of the martyrs of the Pakistan Army would not be tarnished in any way.
