Rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at scattered places in Sindh, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Zhob, Kalat, Sibi, Quetta, Naseerabad, Bannu, D.I. Khan division, FATA and Kashmir during the next twelve hours.

Rain-thunderstorm is also likely at isolated places in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan and Kohat divisions, Rawalpindi and Sargodha divisions, Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Temperature of some major cities recorded on Wednesday morning:

Islamabad twenty-five degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-six, Karachi twenty-seven, Peshawar, twenty-eight, Quetta twenty three, Gilgit nineteen, Murree seventeen and Muzaffarabad twenty-two degree centigrade.

According to the synoptic situation, a shallow westerly wave is still affecting northern parts of the country and likely to persist during next two days.
