Over 47,000 SRCL students passed out since inception

Over forty seven thousand students have so far passed out from the Schools for Rehabilitation of Child Labour under the auspices of the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal.

The schools are an initiative of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal to pull out children from labor and to impart them education, in line with the United Nations and International Labour Organization Conventions.

At present, 18,488 children are enrolled in these schools.

One hundred and fifty nine such schools are functional all over the country.

The children involved in child labor are enrolled in these schools and are provided with free education, books, uniform and even a stipend and subsistence allowance to parents.
