Kashmiris on both sides of the line of control and world over are celebrating 75th Founding Day of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Monday with a renewed pledge to continue the struggle until the liberation of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and accession of the whole territory to Pakistan. 

The Founding Day is celebrated in commemoration of freedom from the Dogra regime on the 24th of October in 1947.   

In Muzaffarabad, the day was dawned with special prayers for freedom of brethren in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. A function was held at Parade Ground.

Special prayers were also offered for the integrity and prosperity of Pakistan and the early liberation of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

All the three radio stations of Azad Jammu and Kashmir are airing special programs to highlight the significance of Founding Day.
