Balochistan Governor Amanullah Khan Yasanzai has said that significance of Higher Education Commission cannot be ignored in making future of Balochistan glorious.
He was addressing the 14th convocation held at Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences in Quetta on Thursday afternoon.
The Governor said skill manpower can be produced through imparting quality education.
Later, the Governor gave away degrees to six hundred students and gold medals to thirty out-standings students.
