Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman says the barren lands of the province will be enabled to produce fruit plants.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar on Tuesday, he said initially fruit plants will be planted in Peshawar with the cooperation of National Bank of Pakistan.
Shah Farman said the campaign to produce fruit plants will be extended to the whole province in next phase.
The Governor directed to constitute a committee to identify suitable lands for fruit plants in the province
